● Provide technical support to client employees and contractors ● Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks ● Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (e.g., HR, Security, Engineering) to ensure smooth IT operations and support workflows. ● Assist with ticket triage and resolution, escalating more complex issues when needed. ● Support a variety of SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, and Onelogin. ● Collaborate with the IT team to improve documentation and support processes.
