About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues in our organization.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals for new employees.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Maintain inventory of all hardware and software and ensure all systems are up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology and systems.
  • Train employees on new software and systems as needed.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to make recommendations for improvements.
