Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support or related role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with healthcare technology and electronic medical records systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to staff and clients, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
  • Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
  • Monitor and maintain network and server systems
  • Conduct regular backups and ensure data security and integrity
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of new technology and systems
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
  • Train staff on new systems and technology
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technology trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to all users
