Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support or related role
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with healthcare technology and electronic medical records systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to staff and clients, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
Monitor and maintain network and server systems
Conduct regular backups and ensure data security and integrity
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of new technology and systems
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
Train staff on new systems and technology
Keep up-to-date with emerging technology trends and make recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
Provide excellent customer service and support to all users
