This position is contingent upon a future opening with Gunnison. Provide on-site IT support to ~100+ users across enterprise systems and tools. Monitor and respond to support requests through centralized inbox/ticketing workflows. Troubleshoot issues related to system access, permissions, and functionality. Support onboarding/offboarding processes and system provisioning. Assist users with Salesforce, SharePoint, and collaboration tools. Coordinate issue resolution with development and technical teams. Track and document support requests and resolutions. Provide basic user guidance and training as needed.
