Requirements

Crypto familiarity
5 + years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
3+ years of related Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
U.S. Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

Preparing and generating asset management reports.
Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Developing and enforcing process changes and improvements.
Creating transactions for IT assets between mission partners and accounts.
Performing physical inventories of IT assets and conducting IT inventories for decommissions.
Performing secure communications Custodian activities and tasks including ordering, issuance, and destruction of encrypted secure device key material; rekeying encrypted secure device(s) when requirement arises; tracking, inventory, accounting, auditing, and reporting of encrypted secure devices; submitting timely acknowledgements of receipt for received encrypted secure devices; inspecting all incoming accountable encrypted secure devices pouches for evidence of tampering; executing operational procedures and security procedures requires of encrypted secure device custodian.
Ordering, issuance, and destruction of encrypted secure device key material.
Rekeying encrypted secure device(s) when requirement arises.
Tracking, inventory, accounting, auditing, and reporting of encrypted secure devices.
Submitting timely acknowledgements of receipt for received encrypted secure devices.
