Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• PC Hardware specification knowledge
• Active Directory and Exchange experience
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Detail oriented
• Basic knowledge of servers

Nice To Haves

• CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line of contact for support issues
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
• Configure and install new PCs, Laptops and printers
• Assist users with desktop application installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Manage user accounts including Active Directory and Exchange
• Monitor printer toner supplies and order as needed.
• Assist in department projects as needed
