Requirements

  • Associate degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years in Help Desk or IT support roles; experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Proficient in Windows 10 and Server 2016
  • Skilled in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
  • Familiar with VMware vSphere and ESXi
  • Strong networking knowledge (IP, subnets, VLANs)
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
  • Install, maintain, and update hardware and software systems to keep operations running seamlessly.
  • Manage virtual servers, barcode scanners, and VoIP phone systems.
  • Oversee hardware and software asset tracking and lifecycle management.
  • Respond to service desk incidents promptly and perform first-line troubleshooting to minimize downtime
