This is a full-time, in-person position.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
Ability to research and troubleshoot technology problems.
Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills, and a “team first” mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Internship experience in a relevant Information Technology role.
0-1 Years of Experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone, remote desktop, and in person.
Conduct new associate technology orientation.
Assist with additional IT projects as needed.
Support technologies such as Office 365, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Printer/Copiers, LAN/WLAN, Windows 11, MacOS, Egnyte, Intune, iOS, Android, Zendesk, and Adobe Sign.
