As an IT Support Specialist II based in our Scottsdale business office, you will provide exceptional customer service and deliver first- and second-level technical support to internal and external users. This role supports a wide range of technologies, including desktop and peripheral hardware, as well as client-side business and healthcare applications. You will manage incident requests through phone support and an electronic ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication. The position also involves handling escalations from Tier 1 support and collaborating with other IT team members to resolve complex issues. Travel within the Phoenix area is required to provide onsite support as needed.
