About The Position

This position is responsible for providing support to end-users on a variety of issues. This position also identifies, researches, and resolves self-service and user-retrieved information such as passwords, and logging in features. What started as a single pharmacy in 2010 has grown into KabaFusion becoming the largest privately held home infusion company in the country. We have a national network of pharmacies and nursing offices strategically placed to service 40+ states. Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year in customer service, information technology support, or a related field.
  • Experience required with end-user hardware, software and application support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. (oral and written).
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering high-touch IT support to C-level executives, with expertise in Windows and Mac platforms, enterprise wireless connectivity, and conference room/AV technologies, is preferred.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls, record and track all incidents and requests through ticketing system. Troubleshoot, escalate and follow-up with end-users regarding IT support matters.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve IT issues efficiently to minimize downtime and disruption. Escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Support computer users; both hardware and software needs and supported applications
  • Provide end-user training with IT systems and applications.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining network infrastructure documents and IT procedures.
  • Install and deploy workstations, tablets, iPads, iPhones and other IT technology to users and support overall IT initiatives.
  • Maintain complete and accurate logs and documentation of responsibilities and work completed.
  • Performs other IT related duties as directed and assigned by IT Supervisor/Manager/Director.
