Providing day-to-day technical support for desktop systems, software, hardware and IT infrastructure. Answering, evaluating and prioritising requests from users experiencing issues with hardware, software, networking, telecommunications and audiovisual technology. Installing, configuring, diagnosing and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and related software. Leading onsite IT hardware logistics and depot operations, including intake, storage, redeployment and returns. Maintaining accurate IT asset inventory information within ServiceNow. Documenting work, updating tickets, assigning resolving groups and assisting with warranty repair coordination. Supporting remote connectivity solutions and resolving access issues. Performing basic printer and copier maintenance. Assisting with onsite audiovisual and video conferencing setup. Acting as onsite hands and eyes for network, server and environmental teams when needed. What will you need to be successful? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or relevant experience. 1 to 3 years of hands-on desktop support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows and desktop troubleshooting. Experience with user administration in an Active Directory environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or relevant experience.
1 to 3 years of hands-on desktop support experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows and desktop troubleshooting.
