About The Position

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in keeping BCM One's IT infrastructure running smoothly while providing top-notch support to our global team members. You’ll be at the front line of technical troubleshooting, ensuring our team has the tools and support they need to succeed. Work Locations: This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Makati City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company. Hours: Night Shift - 9pm to 6am PH

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate IT support at larger companies; experience supporting a global organization is a plus.
  • Technical SME in Windows AND MacOS is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of technologies.
  • Strong IT troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and software.
  • Knowledge of MDM, MFA, 2FA and other security measures are required.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to emerging technologies.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solver.

  • experience supporting a global organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets efficiently.
  • Be the go-to expert for end-user support requests for team members at all levels - from administrative support through Executive Leadership.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Maintain accurate IT records and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Contribute to IT security best practices and system integrity.
  • Assist in IT projects that drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance user tech proficiency.
  • Support rapid resolutions on varying technologies including but not limited to MacOS and Windows.
