The IT Support Specialist Intern will be under the general supervision of the IT Support Specialist Supervisor.
Requirements
- Basic Troubleshooting
- Hardware Support Skills
- Computer information systems basics
- Documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Current high school enrollment in Computer Information Systems.
Responsibilities
- Level 1 ServiceDesk troubleshooting.
- Assist with client deployment and workstation configuration.
- IT inventory management.
- IT data entry
- Support additional IT managed projects
