The IT Support Partner (ITSP) provides frontline technical support for approximately 800 end users across a large multi‑building manufacturing campus. This role works independently on second shift, supporting users across a 1.8M sq. ft. facility with mobility aids such as tricycles and golf carts. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Windows 11 devices, resolving smartphone and peripheral issues, maintaining Zebra printers, and updating all work in ServiceNow. This role requires lifting up to 75 lbs for equipment such as industrial printers. The ideal candidate has a basic technology experience, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work without direct supervision. A degree is not required; equivalent experience or military experience is welcomed. The IT Production Support Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on a wide variety of installed software and hardware at the Corporate / Manufacturing Site in Tyler, TX. The technical support analyst provides consultation, training, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to all internal employees and Production Operations.
