About The Position

This role serves as the primary point of contact for employee technology support and plays an essential role in maintaining reliable IT operations across the organization. Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a similar technical support role.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory account administration and endpoint management tools.
• Experience using ticketing systems and documenting support resolutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, endpoint security, and IT best practices.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous learning.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Industry certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for IT service requests and technical support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Windows devices, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access management, and equipment deployment.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Assist with Microsoft Intune device management and endpoint compliance activities.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID user administration.
• Assist users with virtual desktop and remote access technologies.
• Monitor routine operational processes, including backup and system monitoring activities.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint security practices, and multi-factor authentication.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
