JOB SUMMARY: Provide Tier I technical assistance and support for issues related to application permissions, software, and hardware. Excel in a fast-paced, demanding, and continuously changing environment The ability to work on a team, maintain a positive attitude, and be open to learning Strong creative problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and a strong work ethic Install, modify, and repair printers, computer hardware, and software Ability to frequently multi-task and prioritize tasks EXPERIENCE: Windows OS installation and troubleshooting Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Comprehension of basic networking architecture and troubleshooting Basic Active Directory knowledge
