About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Provide Tier I technical assistance and support for issues related to application permissions, software, and hardware. QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion. Excel in a fast-paced, demanding, and continuously changing environment The ability to work on a team, maintain a positive attitude, and be open to learning Strong creative problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and a strong work ethic Install, modify, and repair printers, computer hardware, and software Ability to frequently multi-task and prioritize tasks EXPERIENCE: Windows OS installation and troubleshooting Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Comprehension of basic networking architecture and troubleshooting Basic Active Directory knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
  • Work with employees across all company locations and departments to assess and respond to IT needs
  • Interact with hardware and software vendors to resolve user problems
  • Responsible for desktop configurations, imaging and providing maintenance of these systems
  • Document tickets, changes, and system configurations
  • Analyzes users' system problems and provide solutions
  • Onboarding new users
  • End user hardware deployment
