This role will be the first line support for all on-site IT related issues. The postholder will provide hardware and software support services, including the installation, repair, upgrade and troubleshooting to end users. Working alongside the remote-based IT team, this position is extremely varied and will require a high level of customer service to support the end users. It is essential that you are a self-starter and can work as part of a team and able to use their own initiative.
