Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or related field.
  • Basic understanding of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
  • Must be enrolled at University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina to qualify for a Grow Financial internship.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Mac OSX and general troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the IT Support team in providing technical support to Grow Financial Federal Credit Union employees.
  • Gain hands-on experience with desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and various internal systems.
  • Answer support phone calls.
  • Respond to support tickets.
  • Assist with hardware, software troubleshooting.
  • Set up user accounts.
  • Support remote access and connectivity issues.
  • Contribute to the ServiceNow implementation project, supporting configuration, testing, and documentation efforts.
