Requirements

Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or related field.
Basic understanding of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
Must be enrolled at University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina to qualify for a Grow Financial internship.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Mac OSX and general troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the IT Support team in providing technical support to Grow Financial Federal Credit Union employees.
Gain hands-on experience with desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and various internal systems.
Answer support phone calls.
Respond to support tickets.
Assist with hardware, software troubleshooting.
Set up user accounts.
Support remote access and connectivity issues.
Contribute to the ServiceNow implementation project, supporting configuration, testing, and documentation efforts.
