About The Position

This role manages the intersection of system reliability and hardware logistics, ensuring every new employee has a configured machine ready on their first day and that security is maintained by retiring access immediately upon departure. The company is focused on AI integration, building automation agents against an AWS environment and the Cardiff API, rather than relying on Salesforce-native automation or managed packages. Application logic is being moved to AWS for better testing and versioning, with the goal of keeping the Salesforce org healthy while reducing its scope. The expectation is that the individual in this role will use AI tools to automate their own tasks, including data cleanup, deployment checks, documentation, request triage, and reporting. The role requires ownership of Salesforce as a system of record and responsibility for new hire IT support, including equipment and account lifecycle management. The position involves business systems administration and internal IT support, with a focus on configuration, integration, and operations, ensuring essential IT functions are consistently met. Collaboration will be with Sales, RevOps, Underwriting, Marketing, and People teams to maintain Salesforce reliability and documentation, as well as manage equipment and accounts for all employees.
