Position Summary: The IT Support Analyst provides hands-on, onsite technical support while assisting with cybersecurity and compliance initiatives aligned with CMMC and NIST frameworks . This role is ideal for a technically strong, responsive professional who values purpose-driven work and understands how reliable, secure technology directly supports mission-critical community services. The position supports (but does not own) cybersecurity and compliance efforts led by senior team members and offers a clear pathway to grow into more advanced cybersecurity or compliance-focused roles over time.
