Position Summary: Provide advanced IT support for clinical and administrative users, ensuring high availability of radiology systems. Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and clinical application issues across devices and peripherals. Triage and manage escalated or high-priority incidents, collaborating with cross-functional IT teams as needed. Support operations during planned and unplanned downtime, following established downtime procedures. Document and manage incidents in ServiceNow, communicate updates and resolutions clearly, and contribute to ongoing process improvements and knowledge documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred - or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, including hardware and network support.
  • Experience supporting voice dictation systems such as PowerScribe or Fluency.
  • Knowledge of HIS/RIS, PACS, Voice Recognition systems, DICOM functionality, and radiology workflow.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
