Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in an IT support role or similar
  • Experience supporting Microsoft products.
  • Tier II helpdesk support experience.
  • A positive, approachable presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and contribute to a growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing basic IT support to staff, including troubleshooting Windows issues (e.g., microphone or monitor setups).
  • Assisting with onboarding new staff by setting up laptops and docking stations.
  • Updating documentation and performing occasional data entry tasks.
  • Managing and shipping equipment as needed.
  • Ensuring under-desk wiring is organized and efficient.
