About The Position

The IT Supervisor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day technology needs of the hotel, ensuring systems, hardware, networks, and technology-related operations remain reliable, secure, and efficient. This hands-on role provides technical support to hotel team members, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, assists with network and connectivity concerns, maintains computers and technology equipment, and coordinates with vendors and corporate IT resources when additional support is required. The IT Supervisor will support key hotel technology systems, which may include Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), guest Wi-Fi, telephone systems, workstations, printers, mobile devices, audiovisual equipment, and other operational technology. The position will also assist with system access, user accounts, equipment inventory, technology installations, upgrades, and cybersecurity best practices. Working closely with hotel leadership and all operational departments, the IT Supervisor will prioritize technology issues based on business and guest impact and ensure problems are addressed promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Previous IT support, systems, networking, or hospitality technology experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
  • Understanding of the importance of protecting confidential guest, team member, and business information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting technology within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Previous Hilton experience or familiarity with Hilton technology platforms and standards.
