You will have the opportunity to learn about our products and services by providing administrative or operations support at the organization. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing degree
  • Interest in IT
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first level help desk support to users for software/hardware problems
  • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, printers, and peripheral equipment, following company best practices
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment at various sites
  • Ability to work in a group environment and collaborate on work efforts and ideas
  • Ability to troubleshoot and remotely diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain computers daily; upgrade, if necessary, to meet business requirements
  • Troubleshoot end-users with support for both VoIP and mobile devices
  • Prepare new systems for users and perform moves and set-ups in conjunction with personnel moves
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with end users to resolve issues
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
