About The Position

Position Overview: The IT Project Manager will be highly skilled with a PMP Certification who is responsible for leading Americas technology projects. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and strong leadership capabilities to manage project scope, timelines, and success metrics effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage full project life cycles, delivering IT initiatives on time, within scope, and budget. Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans with well-defined milestones and deliverables. Engage stakeholders through meaningful conversations to understand their needs, manage expectations, and build strong relationships. Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture that promotes innovation and continuous improvement. Define clear success criteria for projects and establish metrics to track progress and outcomes. Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies proactively. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Oversee change management processes for live environments, including scheduling, stakeholder notifications, testing, approvals, and rollback planning. Prepare regular status reports and present updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. Lead post-project reviews to confirm that comprehensive documentation is completed and appropriate training and knowledge transfer have been effectively delivered to support ongoing operations. Qualifications: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and motivate diverse teams. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to set and achieve strategic milestones. Problem-solving mindset and strategic thinker with excellent decision-making skills. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid etc.). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred). PMP Certification (required) Experience: Minimum three years proven experience managing multiple concurrent IT or technology projects. Success Criteria: Consistently deliver projects on time and within budget. Establish and meet milestone targets aligned with strategic priorities. Foster a positive, high-performing team environment. Identify and address risks proactively, minimizing project disruptions. Tools and Technologies: Smartsheet, SharePoint Service Now Office 365 suite ITIL Framework Working Conditions: Physical Demands: Required to sit or stand for long period of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Travel: Some domestic and international travel may be required. Must have a valid driver’s license.
