As an IT Staff Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing, developing, and launching scalable applications and AI-driven features that enhance business capabilities and operational efficiency. This senior-level position focuses on strategic projects—not routine maintenance—giving you the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives from concept to completion.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience: 4+ years in application development or software engineering, including full lifecycle project management.
Full-stack development expertise (Python, C#, JavaScript, React).
Cloud-native engineering with Microsoft Azure (Functions, App Services, DevOps pipelines).
SQL Server, Power Automate, and Power BI.
API design and integration (RESTful APIs, third-party services).
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI Services).
Technical leadership and ability to mentor developers.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
Agile mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-impact software features.
Accelerate delivery of strategic initiatives by owning special projects from concept to launch.
Identify and implement AI, automation, and advanced engineering solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Own full-cycle development of new features and systems, including planning, coding, testing, and release.
Integrate APIs, data pipelines, and third-party services to expand platform functionality.
Optimize performance, scalability, and security of newly developed systems.
Explore emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Mentor and support other engineers through architectural guidance and technical leadership.
