Description of Task to be Performed: Provide end user support for a custom application that is used by 3000+ users. The Staff IT specialist will support users with application configuration, configuration resets, data export, application use and other end user questions. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and have experience working people to understand an application that requires a level of expertise to operate. Clear explanations, patience with user issues and quick responses are critical. Our team will train the candidate on all aspects of the user interactions. There is a lot of opportunity to grow beyond the help desk into cloud engineering and software development. This position is on-site with our customer in Quantico, VA. This position requires an active TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph.
