This position has a home-based office in Metro Detroit and requires regular on-site work at our Berkley, MI office.

Requirements

Experience in IT support, systems, or related technologies
Comfortable working with end users, devices, and established IT processes
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team-based projects
Ability to manage responsibilities independently within a part-time schedule

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support, troubleshoot devices, and resolve IT tickets
Assist with the setup of laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts for onboarding and offboarding
Help maintain and monitor IT systems, including updates, patches, and basic system performance
Collaborate with internal team members on IT-related projects and initiatives
Support evaluation and use of AI tools and technology to improve workflows and efficiency
Support tracking of IT assets, system access, and documentation
Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and help implement solutions that improve efficiency, security, and user experience
Promote security awareness and support cybersecurity best practices across the organization
Handle technical and company information with confidentiality and professionalism
Demonstrate and embrace the company’s guiding principles in daily work
