About The Position

What we’re looking for: An energetic, motivated IT Specialist to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. Someone who is extremely professional and courteous as this individual will be dealing with customers, vendors, and fellow employees. What you’ll be doing: The responsibilities of this position will vary but primarily focus on supporting internal technology operations, end-user support, endpoint lifecycle management, and core IT administration. Employee should generally be in the office Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, but remote work opportunities are also available.

Requirements

Associate degree in relevant field or equivalent degree or experience.
Prior experience in a customer service, technical support, or IT help desk role
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Apps (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Experience with Active Directory or Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra)
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to customers and to those within the company, while maintaining a positive and productive attitude
Demonstrate strong time management skills.
Commitment to integrity and Company Standards and Procedures
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn multiple new skillsets.
Troubleshooting skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with Power Automate and/or PowerShell
Microsoft SharePoint and Teams management
Knowledge on conference room systems
AV knowledge

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 technical support to employees both in-office and remotely (hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues)
Manage user accounts, access provisioning, and access changes across systems and applications
Support software deployment, licensing, and updates
Assist with company-wide technology and cybersecurity initiatives, including user-facing security controls and awareness efforts
