About The Position

Arrow Ford is seeking a dependable Part-Time IT Support Specialist to support daily technology operations across dealership locations. This role focuses on maintaining reliable systems that support sales, service, and administrative teams in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and common business software
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical staff
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
High school diploma or equivalent (IT-related coursework or certifications preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for dealership staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain and support dealership management systems (DMS), point-of-sale systems, and office applications
Set up and configure computers, printers, and other devices for new and existing employees
Assist with network connectivity, Wi-Fi access, and basic infrastructure maintenance
Perform routine system updates, backups, and security checks
Track and document IT issues using internal systems or ticketing tools
Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary
