Maintain and troubleshoot all IT and broadcast equipment within the facility to ensure operational excellence. This may include servers, routers, switches, VOIP phones and PCs. End-user support for all network, computer, and software related issues. Perform routine maintenance on broadcast equipment, including audio, video, and control systems. Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop and implement audio, video, and IT solutions that meet the station’s needs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, especially during live broadcasts, to minimize downtime and ensure on-air continuity. Assist in the successful completion of new initiatives, technical upgrades, and operational projects. Interface with internal users, corporate teams, and external vendors to diagnose, implement, and resolve system issues. Windows Domain user/group administration – adds, deletions, changes
