NTT DATA seeks high-achieving, adaptable team players for an IT Specialist/IT Support Specialist role in Arlington, VA, working onsite 3 days per week. This part-time position focuses on setting up and configuring laptops, providing technical support, and collaborating with a global IT team to ensure smooth tech operations.

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish.
  • 1+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common IT tools.
  • Experience with hardware setup, imaging, and device management.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote/global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure laptops, user accounts, and permissions for contractors and new hires.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues (primarily onsite).
  • Partner with the global IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Track and maintain IT inventory, including hardware assignments and equipment returns.
  • Ensure devices are updated, secure, and compliant with organizational policies.
  • Support IT aspects of onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and data recovery.
  • Manage user access in systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
