  • ETL background or familiarity.

  • Office 365 proficiency (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Power BI experience (including non-OOTB data sources).
  • Programming experience (Python, SQL, JavaScript).
  • Advanced Excel skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
  • Willingness to learn advanced Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer software applications, including user access, system features, and data quality.
  • Support ETL processes for data sources that require transformation.
  • Perform database tasks such as querying, updating, and automating data transfers.
  • Understand CRM components and their role in organizational workflows.
  • Provide support and enhancements for Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Write scripts and programs in Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar languages to improve processes.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business process challenges.
