About The Position
We’re looking for an IT Intern to support daily EDI operations, error resolution, and process improvement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience working with EDI transactions, ERP systems, and cross-functional partners to improve order accuracy and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Interest in systems, data, and process improvement
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Responsibilities
- Log, track, and resolve daily EDI errors and exceptions
- Analyze issues to identify root causes and opportunities for process improvement
- Support the development or refinement of procedures, programs, or EDI maps as needed
- Learn and work within the ERP system to support EDI transaction flow
- Assist with onboarding and training of new EDI customers as time allows
- Help improve order processing efficiency by reducing manual order entry for Customer Service
