Position Overview: If you're a dedicated IT professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and helping organizations leverage technology to achieve their business goals, we'd love to hear from you! As an IT Solutions Engineer, you'll provide a combination of scheduled onsite support visits for your assigned clients and remote support for organizations across LMT's client base. Working as part of a collaborative team of experienced engineers, you'll deliver proactive maintenance and technical expertise while serving as a trusted technology partner to your assigned clients. You'll also act as a Level 2 escalation resource for our Service Desk, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring timely, effective solutions that keep our clients operating at their best.
