As a Senior IT Solutions Engineer/Analyst specializing in IBM Maximo, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our enterprise systems run smoothly and securely. Your work will strengthen asset management and optimize supply chain processes—helping us deliver safe, reliable, and affordable energy to our customers.   What your day would be like: You are responsible for: Partnering with business teams to gather requirements and deliver Maximo solutions that improve processes and decision-making. Configuring and customizing IBM Maximo to meet evolving organizational needs. Troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain system reliability and business continuity. Leading upgrades, patches, and maintenance to keep Maximo secure and optimized. Providing training and support to empower users across the enterprise. Collaborating on integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
• PLUS 5 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Requires strong technical knowledge within a job area or system and basic knowledge across related technical areas

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Maximo Asset Management and Maximo for Transportation.
• Expertise in Maximo Supply Chain to strengthen procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
• IBM Maximo Certification.
• Familiarity with industry best practices in asset management and enterprise IT.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with business teams to gather requirements and deliver Maximo solutions that improve processes and decision-making.

• Designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for enhancements and new products and/or in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms
• Analyzes and assists with creating reusable and enterprise-level modules/applications
• Conducts performance reviews and recommends improvements to existing codes
• Reviews and recommends equipment, resources and software
• Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards.
• Trains users in conversion and implementation of system
• Conduct integration system testing and evaluations
• Leads the design, development and implementation of new solutions
