Responsibilities: Manage the computerized maintenance administration system (CMMS) to assure proper information flow. Register equipment data, preventive and predictive maintenance information in CMMS. Register job order information when necessary. Develop, update or correct maintenance and calibration lists. Manage and provide training to all maintenance department users. Develop metrics and reports for all maintenance activities according to user requirements. Support any spare parts CMMS system requests. Develop, Update and Review Procedures. Formal performance monthly reports for all technical personnel (excluding GMARS Data Admin and Engineering Coordinator): 1. Work Orders Executed (per resource) 2. GMARs Hours Documented (per resource)
