About The Position

The IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM Software Engineer is responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and managing enterprise software programs critical to facility management and optimization. This role ensures the effective enhancement, testing, evaluation, and maintenance of IBM Tririga/Maximo applications to meet evolving agency requirements. Working collaboratively with development teams, UX designers, business analysts, and system stakeholders, this position focuses on improving processes, streamlining workflows, and maximizing the efficiency and usability of CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems. Requirements

  • 7 years of experience as a Facilities Manager.
  • 5 years of experience contracting IBM Tririga/Maximo products for a minimum of 1 contract.
  • 4 years of experience in Tririga Projects Version 10.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager.
  • 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs.
  • Testing and evaluating new programs. Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
  • Provides development and optimization services for the existing IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM application. This includes creating and defining or redefining, dimensions, rules, and processes to align with evolving agency requirements.
  • Develops processes that are streamlined with the data model and enhances performance.
  • Supports the upgrade of IBM Tririga application by upgrading environment, planning and executing content migration with minimal business disruption, and managing the transition of upgrades.
  • Develops, modifies, and supports report writing with BIRT. Modifies existing Tririga components to improve the agency’s process, maintenance and improve system efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.
