About The Position

Seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo CAFM expertise to support application development, optimization, and system upgrades. This role focuses on enhancing facilities and asset management processes while ensuring high system performance and minimal operational disruption during upgrades.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience as a Facilities Manager
  • 5+ years experience contracting on IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo products (minimum one contract engagement)
  • 4+ years experience with TRIRIGA Projects Version 10

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years as a Workplace Reservation Manager
  • 3+ years as a Real Estate Manager

Responsibilities

  • Application Development & Optimization
  • Research, design, implement, and manage software programs
  • Test and evaluate new and existing programs
  • Optimize IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo CAFM applications to meet evolving business requirements
  • Create, define, and redefine dimensions, business rules, and workflows
  • System Enhancements & Performance
  • Develop processes aligned with the TRIRIGA data model
  • Modify existing TRIRIGA components to improve efficiency and maintenance
  • Streamline system processes for enhanced performance
  • Upgrades & Migration
  • Plan and execute TRIRIGA environment upgrades
  • Manage content migration with minimal business disruption
  • Oversee transition processes during system upgrades
  • Reporting & Collaboration
  • Develop, modify, and support reports using BIRT
  • Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, and business/system analysts
