Requirements

  • 7 Experience as a Facilities Manager
  • 5 Experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products for a minimum of 1 contract
  • 4 Experience in Tririga Projects Version 10

Nice To Haves

  • 3 Preferred Experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager
  • 3 Preferred Experience as a Real Estate Manager

Responsibilities

  • Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs.
  • Testing and evaluating new programs.
  • Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
  • Provides development and optimization services for the existing IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM application. This includes creating and defining or redefining, dimensions, rules, and processes to align with evolving agency requirements.
  • Develops processes that are streamlined with the data model and enhances performance.
  • Supports the upgrade of IBM Tririga application by upgrading environment, planning and executing content migration with minimal business disruption, and managing the transition of upgrades.
  • Develops, modifies, and supports report writing with BIRT.
  • Modifies existing Tririga components to improve the agency’s process, maintenance and improve system efficiency.
