The purpose of the IT Solutions Analyst, Sales and Marketing role is to analyze business and technical processes to create enhanced solutions within Sales, Marketing, and Ecommerce. The Solutions Analyst will identify opportunities to leverage and gain value from various technologies and work through others to accomplish deliverables. This position will stay up to date with evolving application trends, new technologies and best practices, as well as technology roadmaps and dealer requirements for Caterpillar and other related OEM providers of equipment and parts. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with strong business acumen to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions. This role is also responsible for resolution of Sales and Marketing support issues escalated by the support team or key business partners.
