About The Position

The IT Software Procurement Analyst will be responsible for managing the procurement of IT software, focusing on SaaS, licensing, and vendor contracts. This role involves strategic negotiation, RFP/RFQ development, and understanding IT asset lifecycles. The position is located in Phoenix, AZ, with a hybrid work model after an initial onsite training period. The role is a contract-to-hire position with a duration of one year.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of IT software procurement experience.
• Experience with IT Asset Lifecycle & Licensing, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.
• Proficiency in strategic negotiation, including SLAs, data sovereignty clauses, and renewal caps.
• Experience in RFP/RFQ development for enterprise IT services.
• Must reside in local Phoenix, AZ, with city and state appearing on the resume.
• Must be eligible for FTE conversion (no visa sponsorship).
• Available for an in-person interview within 1 week of June 23, 2026.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework.
• Experience with TCO/ROI analysis for technology investments.
• Skills in technical project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT software procurement, including SaaS, licensing, and vendor contracts.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle and licensing across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.
• Conduct strategic negotiations for Service Level Agreements (SLAs), data sovereignty clauses, and renewal caps.
• Develop RFPs/RFQs for enterprise IT services.
• Ensure compliance with local Phoenix, AZ requirements.
• Be eligible for Full-Time Employee (FTE) conversion without visa sponsorship.
