Requirements

• Strong foundation in Salesforce development, demonstrated by proven proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail and strong debugging skills.
• Expertise in version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Ability to write comprehensive unit tests.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a Healthcare environment.
• 2-4 years’ experience working in IT as an Application Systems Analyst or Technical analyst type role.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains robust, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Performs application design, configuration, testing, and implementation for medium to high complexity projects.
• Translates business requirements into technical specifications for development or configuration build.
• Leads product release management functions, including test plan development and user acceptance testing.
• Manages the product lifecycle of assigned modules, including administrative tasks and enhancement requests.
• Contributes to application standards, policies, procedures, and conducts peer reviews of configuration work.
