About The Position

This role focuses on providing hands-on desktop and end-user technical support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve common hardware and software issues efficiently. Customer service is critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate is patient, respectful, and able to guide users through technical issues in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Desktop and help desk support
  • Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Active Directory (basic user account support)
  • Technical and IT support
  • Strong customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • SCCM for software deployment
  • Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection (cloud-based)
  • Experience with Acronis backup software

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot PC hardware issues, including monitors, keyboards, mice, RF scanners, and other peripheral devices
  • Support mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets (iOS/iPadOS)
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
  • Provide basic network connectivity troubleshooting during outages and escalate when necessary
  • Deliver timely, professional technical support to end users in person and remotely
