About The Position

This is a long‑term, highly stable opportunity supporting a large, global organization in a manufacturing environment where technology directly impacts day‑to‑day operations. As an IT Site Support Specialist, you’ll serve as the primary on‑site IT presence, ensuring systems stay up, users stay productive, and downtime is minimized. You’ll support a mix of desktop hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, and software in a fast‑paced, real‑world environment where your work truly matters.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of desktop or site support experience in an enterprise environment
• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working on‑site in a manufacturing setting (PPE required)

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on desktop and site support (Windows 10/11 environments)
• Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices (iOS/iPad)
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and escalate when appropriate
• Deliver outstanding customer service to on‑site users
• Support IT asset management and local IT processes
