As an IT Support & Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the smooth operation of our technology systems and operations and providing responsive, friendly support for our team members. You will be responsible for troubleshooting basic to moderate hardware and software issues, assisting with technology-related questions, and collaborating with our IT vendor to address complex technical challenges. Technology to support includes – desktop and laptop computers, standard office and productivity software, printers, and teleconferencing equipment. As directed, you may also provide support for large-scale projects or specialized systems. Candidates must be able to work at our Seattle office.
