About The Position

As our IT Site Manager, you will manage the technology operations and provide support to over 1175+ residents and 710+ staff at our Seabrook Senior Living Community. Every day you will walk the campus to respond to resident or employee technical concerns, handle equipment, perform assigned project work and collaborate with your teams. You will be on-call for occasional after hours planned and unplanned events. To thrive in this job, you must enjoy working directly with a diverse group of people, including residents, staff, corporate partners, and senior leaders to provide comprehensive technical support. We support many different technologies and systems and will provide you with training so you can learn them too. This job is fully onsite with some travel required to other Erickson Senior Living locations.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a staff of employees and prioritizing their work.
  • Experience managing the lifecycle of desktops, laptops and phone systems while applying required security controls.
  • Experience troubleshooting networking issues to various endpoints.
  • Experience handling customer complaints with patience.
  • Experience training users on how to use technology.
  • Experience taking ownership of issues, driving issues to resolution, and managing shifting priorities.
  • Experience working in collaboration with team members, customers and vendors.
