About The Position

This is a Tier I/Tier II position focused primarily on supporting Windows Desktop and Microsoft Office 365. You will work with users over the phone, over remote support sessions, and in-person on-site at our client's locations as needed. Additionally, you may be asked to help with IT related projects including technology deployments, migrations and upgrades. This position is based at a client location in Knoxville, TN. We strongly encourage skill development in this position and additional responsibilities are available as your knowledge and experience expand. Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 is helpful
Experience with building desktops and troubleshooting hardware issues is helpful
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field is preferred
1-2 years of previous technical support experience is preferred
Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy a plus
