About The Position

NTT DATA is seeking an IT Services Sales Executive specializing in the P&C Insurance Practice to join our team in New York, New York. This role is an Individual Contributor focused on client management within IT Consulting Services. The primary responsibility is to find, develop, and sell Application Outsourcing, Application Development, Infrastructure Services, Digital Solutions, and other related IT services within the Insurance industry, with a focus on new client acquisitions and some existing strategic clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering solution-based systems integration engagements, IT Solution engagements, Professional Services, and experience in market assessment/strategic planning, with a hands-on role in new revenue attainment within the P&C Insurance Industry.

Requirements

6+ years of net new logo sales experience selling IT Solutions or Professional Services to P&C Insurance Clients.
10 years of experience in IT services, consulting, managed services.
At least 7 years in a Sales or new business development role.
5+ years selling into insurance Services organizations.
BS Degree or equivalent working experience.
Previous experience with System Integration or Management Consulting company.

Demonstrated experience selling to P&C Insurance Companies.
Requires strategic agility to interface and successfully influence multiple C-level executives within the customer organization.

Responsibilities

Oversee client management in the IT Consulting Services arena.
Find, develop, and sell Application Outsourcing, Application Development, Infrastructure Services, Digital Solutions and other related IT services within the Insurance industry.
Focus on new logos and some existing strategic clients.
Capture and deliver solution-based systems integration engagements, IT Solution engagements, and Professional Services.
Engage in market assessment/strategic planning.
Attain new revenue within the P&C Insurance Industry.
Sell complex managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions (e.g., regulatory compliance, digital, mobile, transformational services, managed services, application management/support, ERP).
Interface and influence multiple C-level executives within the customer organization.
Sponsor and institutionalize new and innovative ways of working in teams to meet customer needs/sales objectives.
Achieve sales goals guided by brand and NTT DATA overall sales strategies.
Sell to large national and global accounts.
Engage with CEO, CIO, and CTO level decision makers.
Anticipate how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of NTT DATA services.
Assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions.
Focus on selling services solutions to clients within the P&C Insurance industry.
Execute goals and strategies within the sales area.
Make sales to larger and national size accounts that may include global operations.
Contact senior IT management and may have limited exposure to CIO and CTO level decision makers.
