Under the direction of the Global IT Service Desk Manager, you will be assigned day-to-day help desk operational tasks. Your role will involve resolving the technical needs of all internal employees, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees. You will utilize your computer skills for installing new applications and setting up new workspaces, acting as a willing resource to the Service Desk team.
